Fought ingrown toenails for a few years. Had some issues with toe cramping and foot pain. He took me on short notice, flopped me in a chair, and cut them out same day. I was in and out of his office in 40 min, including paperwork time. He explained everything to me quickly, completely and made it super easy to understand. Gave me some stretches to do for ankle mobility, cut out my ingrown, and said he would contact my insurance about inserts to help with long term pain relief. Awesome visit overall. Only complaint is the 3% surcharge for a debit card, but oh well.

This podiatrist is a joke. If I could give negative 10 stars I would. First off what doctor charges a service fee for using a credit card? To me that's completely greedy as a dr makes enough money for the visit and isn't a little business. Second went in for treatment of a ganglion cyst on top of foot that was painful, and Dr refused to drain or even discuss removing it. Said " let's wait and see what happens as it's to small" I called back and said I want something done and was advised would be another copay to see Dr again. Called again and spoke to the office manager Alyssa who is nothing but rude and she stated she spoke to doctor who said he would remove it however needs to get a pre op of chest X-ray, bloodwork and ekg as it is considered a surgery and will be done at a surgery cente

When I returned home from a long drive and found my ankles were very swollen, I was able to get an appointment to see Dr. Ricciardi the very next day. He discovered something concerning enough that he sent me to get some tests done that very day which revealed a condition that I didn't know I had and which needed immediate treatment. I am every grateful to his wonderful care, his patience, and his kindness. His staff is also always very helpful.

Dr Ricciardi was extremely helpful in assessing and treating both my toenail and bunion issues. Highly recommend!

Dr.Ricciardi is amazing at what he does and really cares for his patients. He also explains the injury and the course of treatment very clearly. They even took me as a walk in patient when I first came in, even though they were pretty booked. Why give 3 stars? Because of the front desk person, Alyssa. I have never received so much "I’m always right, I’m never wrong" attitude from someone.
