From reception to pretreatment and doctor consultation and treatment I felt welcomed, at ease and comfortable and most importantly seen and heard. Check in was a breeze. Dr. Albers explained everything in an understandable way and gave me options. She really cared about me. This was a stark difference from a previous experience with another doctor’s office. I look forward to follow up care. I know I’m in capable hands.

Very nice office and front desk person was very welcoming and friendly. Waiting area was clean and comfortable. Wait time after check in was short. Nurse was friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Killian was FANTASTIC! I have never had issues with ingrown toenails before and boy was my first one a doozy. He talked me through the removal procedure/after care thoroughly and made sure I was comfortable. He kept the mood light and kept me laughing. I HATE needles/shots so the lidocaine shot was honestly my worst nightmare but Dr. Killian was quick and efficient. I will recommend him to anyone that needs his services. Also, shout out to the rest of the staff that assisted me. From check in to check out, everyone was incredibly friendly and professional. My overall experience was great.
