Foot, Ankle & Leg Center

I had a great experience at Foot, Ankle and Leg Center. Dr. Richer has an excellent bedside manner and took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns thoroughly. I never felt rushed and truly appreciated how clearly he explained everything. The staff was also very polite, professional, and welcoming from start to finish. The entire office made the visit smooth and comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Richer and his team to anyone needing foot, ankle, or leg care.

Dr Richer did a great job in the care of my teen daughter! He was compassionate, professional and took the time to explain the process to my daughter calming her nerves. He did an amazing job in the surgery. He is so professional and yet so kind. I would recommend him any day!

Extremely Disappointed – Poor Communication and Unexpected Charges. I’ve been holding off on writing this review. However, receiving unexpected and unfair charges has left me no choice. From the beginning, my experience with this office has been consistently frustrating and disappointing. My daughter had a treatment plan that included laser therapy, and I was initially excited to find a provider nearby. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended. The communication was always a nightmare. Getting in touch with someone knowledgeable was incredibly difficult. I had multiple questions that went unanswered for days until I sent several follow-up messages. On top of that, I never received a confirmation call or email for her appointment.
