Had a horrible experience with this office. Have been a patient for almost 40 years, never late or missed an appointment. Had an appointment a few months ago and had an emergency at home on the day of the appointment. I kept the office informed and said I would let them know if I was able to make it but to go ahead and fill that appointment if they could. Called back about 45 minutes before the appointment and told them I could make it on time. The office said they already filled the appointment and I said that was fine. Three days later, I get a bill for $50 for a missed appointment. What a shock, on many levels. They filled that spot so why are they charging me, a patient who has NEVER missed an appointment. I see Dr John Franceschini every other month. Excellent doctor but the front office needs a fixing. The woman in charge is so rude. I still go bc I love Dr F.

Had scheduled an appointment for our daughter yesterday . We got stuck in traffic and hence called the doctor’s office. They asked us to come over but the doctor did not see my daughter and we were only 15 minutes late .The appointment got rescheduled and we came back again today. The paperwork was completed at home, insurance called and we made sure we understood our financial responsibilities . However, the lady in charge of the billing was very rude and repeatedly asked whether insurance was called and whether we have a copay. We don’t have a copay and that deductible was met for the year was explained repeatedly to her. The lady asked about the reference number of the insurance call and the name of the person at the insurance company we spoke to. Since we did not have the name and the

5 is for Dr. Bosque, the other Physician at this practice. He is absolutely wonderful with teenagers, great bedside manner, very efficient doctor. 1 is for the front office admin who thinks she runs the show, not the Podiatrists. She had the nerve to hang up on me!

Great staff. Front desk is very helpful and accommodating. They helped with the insurance and walked me through what is needed. The doctors are very helpful. I came in with very bad food pain and I’m leaving feeling much better.
