Foot and Ankle Specialists

Dr. Brett Vessell has been treating my brother Ed for the past four years. He has been professional, informative, and takes all the needed time to care for his wounds and all related issues regarding his feet. Finding a doctor who is so attentive to my brother's needs has been a blessing to him and our family. We cannot thank him enough.

Dr. Vessell is the podiatrist I've been searching for. I had seen a different doctor several years ago regarding my plantar fasciitis and honestly, it was fine. When it started acting up again, with some new aches and pains thrown in, I knew I needed to go back. He walked in, let me explain the issue, felt my ankle, no x-ray taken, gave his diagnosis. 5 minutes spent, max. I felt like I wasn't being heard. After googling I stumbled on Foot and Ankle Specialists and its small, but glowing list of reviews. I'm so glad I gave it a try. The entire staff is wonderful. Dr. P made me feel comfortable and did a really great job of explaining what was going on with my feet. He spent a lot of time with me and made sure I understood what and how to do what was needed. I highly recommend this practice for athletes.

I made an appointment with Dr. Pryzystawski to get a second opinion on whether I needed surgery on my right ankle. The staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. Dr. Pryzystawski took time talking to me and explaining the X-rays that they took.

Go in for the first time as new patient, Dr. walks by say hi go ahead sign in someone will be with you. 10 minutes go by while I’m standing at the counter. I finally say hello because I hear people talking laughing and watching online videos. From the back room I hear a voice say in a very rude tone “ we on lunch! Sit down and we’ll be out there when we’re done!” I can understand being on lunch, if everyone was going at the same time should’ve put a sign out or the Dr. Could’ve said everyone is on lunch. To be so rude in the field your in is not a good thing. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
