Food Stamp Application Office

Rhonda Cross at the front desk was extremely rude and very unprofessional. It started as soon as I walked in. She fought with me for 30 mins trying to say that I wasn’t approved for benefits and there was nothing she could do for me. I was told that I am approved over the phone and to come to any local office that issues snap cards and they could get me one. I am expedited case and I was in shock the way she was speaking to me. Almost like a child. She was literally mocking me in such a rude way. I received a call 10 mins ago from this same office saying that they had noticed a mistake was made by someone and that I am approved for my benefits. They said, I can come back anytime to pick up my card. What a joke! This is not a good look for a public office. I will take all measures to ha

They do pick and choose favorites especially if you are living in a shelter and cant have the ebt sent to you. They allowed someone to pick up a card yesterday but when I went they wouldn't let me and we are both living in the same shelter.

Rhonda is very sweet she works the front desk i always dread going to these places but she was very very helpful !

Went there for medical insurance for our grandson. They were so helpful and the sweetest people I have had to deal with.
