Food Lion

Food Lion havs a wide variety of foods and products. What separates them from others in my opinion are the employees. The employees I've encountered we professional, willing to assist and over the top friendly. My work requires me to travel extensively by far hands down, every Food Lion I've shopped at, I experienced consistently, Quality Products and exceptional staff who will graciously go the extra mile to ensure my shopping experience was fruitful.

Clean, clean, clean! Good shelf stocking! Very nice new set up, just have to find everything. There is good signage but if you're like me, you're buggy leads you toward the start of the store that has moved. lol I enjoyed seeing new products as well.

With your remodeling nearly complete, it feels like a convenience store instead of a grocery store. It may look new inside but your customer service is still non-existent. It's amazing how you can shop the whole store and have no employees talk to you. You don't get a greeting when you enter and you don't get a thank you when you leave. I'd recommend stop spending money on your store remodels and work on customer service as that'll keep people coming back, not fancy convenience cases in the front of the store. Harris Teeter down the street has a lot better customer service and we spend most of our money there.

Another Hot Food Bar visit on 10/9/25 at 5:15 pm. Half the hot bar was closed. Only a few items. What about people stopping after work to pick up quick hot dinner items? *********** Went to get dinner items from the Hot Bar on Sunday, 0ct. 5 at 5:30 pm. Most items were not available. Only boneless chicken, mozzarella sticks, mac/cheese. Bought the chicken anyway. Got it home and it was tough. Just close the bar, when items are scarce or the quality is deteriorating. Or keep it fully stocked and fresh till the time stated.

My favorite store love everything about my foodlion I only buy my meats there they have the best meats they are fresh packed and their meat prices are great
