Food Lion Pharmacy

Called the pharmacy today to have a script filled and talked to the, in my opinion, worst communicator on the face of the planet. It was a real person but it seemed like I was talking to a computer. This person had absolutely no business communicating with another human being. I will be finding another pharmacy.

Can never pick up my medicine all at once. They don't tell you till you get there that they don't even have it and have to wait for the truck to come in even though they run it through the system when you speak to them on the phone. I've never had nothing but trouble with this pharmacy the only reason I deal with them because they're close to home. I get several medications with two or either three refills they always tell me there's no refill I'm the one that has to tell them to look back because there is a refill. They're at one time you couldn't get anyone to even answer the phone.

There was a very kind doctor, an old lady with white hair, who was very helpful in dealing with visitors... I went today and I did not find her. There was another person I spoke to about my treatment, but he could not talk. In a respectful way, the lady who works there. I told him "This is not my treatment. I am using another treatment." I asked her to return it, but her words were not good and her treatment was not good. She did not return the treatment. When you work in a sensitive place, you have to be respectful with diseases

I've been a customer here for 5+ or more years, and this past several months,service has been HORRIBLE, specifically with two employees in particular. My daughter and I both have meds that cannot be refilled via the automated refill option when you call. I have to speak to the pharmacy directly so they can enter in the new script sent by the doctor to fill it. The past few times, I have been fussed at to stop calling, & use the automated service instead. (Which again, you can not do with controlled substances, they personally have to put them in). So when the automated system said I had to speak with someone, I called back, to let them know that the system would not refill, that they had to. It's very immature and iggnorant to have an attitude and hang up the phone on someone at a pharmacy or place of business. Set aside the fact that it's rude but it's also dangerous. People know who and where they are calling. They can take action and you can easily lose your job. It doesn't end when your sassy, impolite mouth hangs up the phone. This pharmacy has no customer service skills and lacks empathy and understanding. I don't trust them with any aspect of healthcare. When they fail at basic customer service, it makes me question my trust in them handling medications people depend on and need.
