Pharmacist Chris Ashby is the best...totally knowledgeable, professional, and consistently goes above and beyond to assist me with my medication needs. I cannot thank you enough for the important work that you do everyday...you and the Food City Pharmacy team are superb!!

Most of the staff at this pharmacy are kind, caring and patient, especially Pete. I hope that this review does not reflect poorly on any of them because they are not the problem here. Pharmacist Mark, however, is one of the rudest "professionals " I have dealt with. I have had multiple issues with him now which led me to leave this review and will be transferring all of my future prescriptions from this pharmacy to another company because of it. When refilling one of my prescriptions he had an issue with it even though it was up for refill given the doctors instructions. The second refill he refused to do without my doctor's authorization and made me contact the doctor to have him approve it even though the instructions were to refill it within 7 days, Mark wanted to wait 15 days.
