Marsi was great with my dental cleaning. Explaining the treatment did help calm me, and I can tell she is very thorough with her work. Overall good experience. I walked in the office and was greeted by name at the front desk by their Treatment Coordinator. The coordinator was also very helpful, making sure my questions were answered. Friendly and welcoming staff.

This dental office clearly prioritizes profits over patients. From the moment you walk in, the staff feels scripted and robotic, with little genuine concern for individual situations. I had to miss an appointment because my child was sick—something any reasonable healthcare provider should understand. Instead of showing empathy or flexibility, they refused to reschedule unless I paid cash upfront. That policy felt cold, inflexible, and more focused on money than on patient care. Healthcare should be built on trust and compassion, not rigid policies designed to squeeze patients financially. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others who expect basic understanding and humane treatment from their dental provider to find a better dental office

I’ve continued to have fantastic experiences here. The staff are great, and thorough. In the past, I’ve been hesitant to go to the dentist, but my experiences here have taken away that anxiety. Dr. Cho gives excellent guidance and takes his time to educate, and patiently answer all your questions. I look forward to seeing him, as he is friendly, and personable. By following through with his advice, we have seen tangible improvements in my dental health.

Dr. T and everyone here are absolutely amazing! I can’t say enough good things about the whole staff! To start, Brittany was so helpful from day one, and makes everything so easy! Sam was awesome, and Dr. T truly goes above and beyond for his patients! I was initially referred here, and decided to make this my primary dental office! That being said, I truly couldn’t recommend them more! If you’re looking for an amazing dentist, this is the place!

Absolutely horrible experience. This dentist Ryan o Donnell completely ruined my teeth. He ruined my gums and my teeth they’re in so much pain. I hope Nobody ever trusts him with their teeth!!! He’s a horrible person and very very incompetent. Stay away!!! Very rude and doesn’t know what he’s doing. I hope he loses his license!!!! He’s a disgrace to the dental industry!!!!!!!!!
