Focused Care at Webster

My MIL has only been there a short period of time. Every mid morning we would go visit, Everytime, we find my MIL soaking in her waste, no water in the jug, and no response to the call button. When they finally show up and told what is needed it takes them a while to go get the supplies needed. To be fair, there are a couple nurses/Aid who show up and provide proper care. Today, while my wife was talking to her on the phone she was having a hard time breathing , had her hit the call button while she stayed on the line...no response. We called 5 times and no answer. Heading up there again to have a discussion. Follow up: The family had a discussion with the Director of Nursing and another administor. The outcome was positive. Again, to be fair, Focus did not receive full direction

I’ve worked with Keith and Stacy with their residents needing hospice services for many years. There are both extremely caring and dedicated to providing a quality experience for both their residents and their families. I would not hesitate to send my own family members here!

Focused Care at Webster has excellent leadership and a strong commitment to quality care. Stacy, the Director of Nursing, is knowledgeable and compassionate, and Keith, the Administrator, runs the facility with professionalism and integrity. Great team!

Heartbroken by the Decline in Care at Focus Care I never imagined having to move my mother and brother from Focus Care, especially considering their health conditions, but over the past couple of years, the quality of care has dramatically declined. I’ve consistently visited 3–5 times a week, and even with cameras in the room, I still had to call corporate multiple times due to ongoing issues with management and care. The facility is often dirty and has a persistent smell of urine and feces—clear signs that residents aren’t being changed regularly. It’s heartbreaking to witness not just my family, but also other residents being neglected. The turnover in leadership is alarming. Focus Care has changed Directors of Nursing more than three times in just two years, and unfortunately, the curre
