Focused Care at Odessa

I was there for physical therapy after undergoing surgery. The staff were excellent. The meals were great for the most part & tasted more homemade than like institutional food. My only complaint was the condition of the physical therapy room. It definitely needed a thorough cleaning.

Will hum let say first of all the director Jennifer, does NOT care if anything is missing from these residents or your mom or so she don't know is what was said ..I bought my mom a valentines plant and since then my mother has been moved twice and her one plant has not been found, yes I am upset cause it is something I bought my mom to enjoy seeing...plus her valentines gift really they don't care of any sentimental values you bring your loved ones...

Thank you to the nurses and staff for your care of my brother the last few years. Abby, your information on the available financial help has eased my burden tremendously!

The staff tried to keep family informed so that was nice, however jewelry and personal items appeared to be missing.
