Focus Urgent Care

The staff here are incredible! I was seen today and it was quick, everyone was so nice and accommodating and it was a very welcomed changed from MOST urgent care or big name ER’s. Cheryl made sure I was comfortable and doing well the whole time I was there and the PA (I believe her name was Amanda or Amber I’m terrible with names) was so friendly, she listened and treated me quickly. No one hopes to have to go to an urgent care but I can guarantee this is where i will be going for all future urgent care needs.

I went in for a physical and PPD. The receptionist was very kind and informative. She was patient with me as I asked questions and completed the paperwork. The staff was amazing and made me feel very welcome and heard. I’d recommend anyone who’s interested in receiving care from a great establishment and staff should definitely come here! To top it all off I was able to get in and out quickly to carry on with my day!! I loved it.

Finished in 25 mins, AMAZING Experience. Excellent service, nurse and techs were thorough. RN Amy was great! On my way to wellness without the emergency room hours. I felt understood and that they understood me as the patient.

I made a visit to Focus Urgent Care and was very happy with the way I was treated. Everyone I had contact with was kind and professional. Nurse Kelly was so caring and she made me feel comfortable while there. The PA was excellent as well.

I usually hate going into any urgent care because for some reason the staff usually seems like they hate their job.. but not this place!!! check in with Lisa was great the nurse and doctor were awesome my visit was fast and they didn’t make me feel rushed which is always a plus for me. So, If you’re not feeling good or just want to be around a bunch of awesome people (lol jk) seriously if you’re not feeling good stop by focus urgent care you’ll be happy you did!
