This doctor office is horrible. Was referred here by an attorney. Wait times are thru the roof. You'll wait 2 hours past your appt time. This office literally only cares about the $20 & $10 they charge for their doctor signatures. They say they don't submit any forms online and do everything via snail mail which takes longer. It's 2026, all providers complete and upload online. Why? So they can charge for the doctor signature. Then when you log on EDD and view the forms, it literally will show them uploading them online later. They messed up my disability paperwork causing me delayed payments. Avoid here at all costs.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service call center's unprofessional behavior, which requires immediate attention from management. Despite calling six times today, I was consistently met with silence followed by the representative hanging up on me. I urgently needed to speak with the doctor for a scheduled telephone appointment, since the call center contacted the emergency number instead of mine. When I finally got through, the representative shifted the blame onto me for missing the appointment. It is imperative that the call center improves its service by addressing these issues and ensuring that patients are receiving the assistance they need.

They give you a schedule two months in advance, only to later change or cancel specialist appointments without telling you. I had an orthopedic appointment that I waited two months for. They even called me the day before to confirm. When I arrived, I was told I didn’t have an appointment. I showed them the printed schedule they themselves had given me, and they simply said the appointment had been cancelled — without notifying me — and that I’d have to wait another two months to see the ortho. This is the second time they’ve done something like this. It is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of respect for patients’ time, health, and pain. Go

STAY AWAY!!! If you have an appointment you will not be going in on the appointed time, you will go in 2 hours after. Read the other reviews, wait times are joke here. Please go to another clinic where appointments are valued and set. By the way the 5 stars are from members of the clinic don’t trust it, they do this to show higher score on google but notice how majority is 1 star and notice how many people mention time.

I’m a new patient and after my consultation I was told someone will call me to schedule my appointments. No one has called and both phone numbers are not working. I’m very disappointed at the lack of communication with this practice
