We recently delivered our baby at Flowers Hospital, and our experience was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. Every single staff member we encountered went above and beyond for our family. The Labor & Delivery team was incredible — attentive, compassionate, and so reassuring during such an important moment in our lives. The nurses on the Women’s Floor continued that same level of exceptional care, always checking in and making sure both mom and baby were well taken care of. The patient care technicians and even the transport staff were kind, professional, and genuinely happy for us. You can truly tell they care about what they do. We are so grateful for the amazing experience and highly recommend Flowers Hospital to anyone delivering a baby in the Dothan area. Thank you for help

I had a scheduled c-section done by Dr. Latoya Walton-Torrence recently and had an amazing experience the entire time I was at Flowers Hospital. From checking in, all the way until discharge almost every single person that helped me was just excellent. The nursing staff alone is top tier, every hour of every day I knew I was in good hands with how often and throughout their care was. There were very vulnerable and uncomfortable moments that I was really nervous about leading up to my surgery date but there was never a scared feeling when truly I felt like they were genuinely caring and helping me through all of those moments, even ones that’s aren’t pretty. The surgery team was very well functioning, very clean, you could tell they were very confident in how they run their surgeries. Dr. T

Had an outpatient procedure done, everything was clean and everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. My doctor was great, as always (Dr. Sarrels). Waiting time wasn't too bad. It was an about an 2 hours from when I arrived to when I was back in my room after the procedure. The outpatient rooms in the GI Department are very small. So small, the nurse had to turn the bed to do my IV and the anesthesiologist tried to come in and couldn't open the door. If you have more than one person with you, they're going to have to wait in the main lobby out front. Gave a 4 stars because when I was done with my procedure, I was still groggy from anesthesia, but there was no one to take me to my driver's vehicle. I was absolutely terrified going in for a CT scan, but from the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel safe, calm, and cared for. The registration team was kind, patient, and efficient. They explained everything clearly, answered my questions without rushing me, and made the check-in process quick and stress-free. The radiology team truly went above and beyond.
