I would like to rate this hospice 1 star due to the unacceptable behavior of their staff. I called with a concern, and the man who answered hung up on me immediately after I explained my issue. When I tried calling back a second time, he hung up again as soon as I said hello. This behavior is extremely rude and unprofessional.
This place is a little gem. The staff are kind and dedicated. The clients are valued. The care is consistent. Our family is forever grateful to them.
