I usually dread taking my mom to the dentist because she has dementia and can get confused, overwhelmed, and very sensitive during appointments. But Omar was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. He was patient, respectful, and incredibly intuitive—he knew exactly when to step in to guide her and when to give her space. His kindness and calm approach made the entire visit so much easier for both of us. I’m truly grateful for the care he showed my mom. Highly recommend Omar for anyone who needs a gentle and understanding hygienist!

Patty and Dr. Christie were incredibly helpful and took good care of me. They gave me quick service, good answers to my questions, and good recommendations for the future. As someone who is normally scared of the dentist, they made the process easy.

If you call anytime during working hours, don’t expect anyone to answer the phone 🙄 I’ve attempted to make an appt for weeks. Grew up with this facility and now the new staffing is slacking/lazy. Why is no one ever the front desk ??

After look for many months and visiting several chain dental offices for my aging mother I found Flower City Dental. They took her and provided her with the best Clare and gave her such respect and courtesy. The office staff explained everything to me and broke things down so that it was more manageable for me and my mother. Carol and the other office staff were so patient with her. They rearranged schedule to fit her in. I am just so please with the care she has received here at Flower City Dental I recommend them to my Family and friends.

Avoid at all costs. Like many other reviews, I had an appointment scheduled for a cleaning, and the day of I never received a confirmation reminder. Luckily I decided to call, only to find out my appointment had been cancelled because they no longer took my insurance. If I hadn't called, I would've gone to the appointment with no coverage. Absolutely ridiculous I didn't get any notification to this change. Today, I finally got in with a new dentist. Turns out, for the past 4 years that I was having cleanings done at Flower City, they were doing a poor job. My hygienist today told me that the build up I had was far more than what would have accumulated since the last time I had a cleaning at Flower City.
