Flow Free Physical Therapy and Performance

I have been working with Chelsea for the last few months and she has been an absolute pleasure to work with. I was deep into training for an upcoming marathon and was dealing with a few nagging injuries to my achilles and IT band. Within a few sessions I was feeling significantly better. She knew exactly what to do & gave me a concrete plan with mobility exercises to hammer out alongside the dry needling. I highly recommend her and will be seeing her throughout any marathon training in the future. Definitely a student of the game!!

I meet Chelsea while doing a golf clinic. My range of motion could be expanded through some exercises. I had two things come up after that, that brough Chelsea to mind and I reached out to her. One was after a 13 mile walk for charity; my calves were tight and painful days after. In one appointment she addressed the issue and not one pain surfaced again. My next interaction, I drive a lot and have a stressful job. I was having a lot of tightness in my neck and upper back pain. I was have excruciating back pain in my second trimester of pregnancy. Chelsea put together a detailed exercise and stretching routine to strengthen my back, hips and pelvic floor. She took the time to demonstrate and walk through each exercise and sent me a thorough follow up packet so it was easy to refer back to. Not only was my back pain completely gone throughout my third trimester, labor was incredibly quick and easy. Chelsea is so kind and truly cares about her patients, I couldn’t recommend her enough!

In order to be a good physical therapist, one needs to be a good diagnostician because they can create a fabulous treatment plan, and you can be as compliant with the exercises your as is possible, but if they didn’t accurately determine what’s wrong, their recommendations aren’t going to help! Chelsea is an amazing diagnostician and she tweaks the program at every follow up visit, based on your feedback. The app she uses is fantastic. Clear and motivating. No more messing around with a few out of order printouts. And she fixed me! I highly recommend Chelsea should you have any pain and want to get better.
