Florida Lung, Asthma & Sleep Specialists - Orlando

I feel that FLASS is a great organization that makes its patients feel like you'rethe only patient they see. Your care is very important to them. They are caring, knowledgeableand so friendly. They make you feel important. I've been a patient for about 2 years and see no reason to change any time in the future.

I was a patient here nearly five years ago for something and I recently sought them out again for a new issue. For good reason did I return to this practice after all that time. Still deliver on solid care and a real concern for someone. I recommended them five years ago and the same holds true today.

Ended up having to drive a long way for this office because it was the one with the earliest appointment. Gotta say, it is definitely an older building that they are trying to make do with, but they are doing their best. I met with Dr Medina about the results of my sleep test and plans for the next steps and fixing health issues. He extremely good and I highly recommend. This review is for this location only. The entire staff at Florida Lung, asthma and sleep specialist are great.

It’s been two months of back and forth and a month since my initial review and still no medication, still the correct paperwork not being sent to the pharmacy. If Nataly is the one to take care of anything at this location, good luck, it’s unlikely it will be done. I have to see the Dr in two weeks to discuss the medication-the one I haven’t received yet.

They have the worst assistance over the phone I've ever dealt with, and that's just based on over 4 hours I spent so far just to schedule a follow-up appointment. They are literally outsourcing their phones to call center reps who don't even have a concern for detail, or probably aren't actually affiliated with them directly. I had to speak with 6 agents in total, none of which have helped me at all. They reviewed my number with me three times, all three times they got it wrong. Even after correcting them three times, I had to hear them say three times "We tried to call you, but your line was busy." Do any of these agents hear what they just said? You had my number wrong! You were calling the wrong number every time! I'm literally calling these guys when I work, because they literally ope
