I was very displeased with the service I received today from Dr. Ghazanfar Khadim. I came in hoping to be educated about my condition and the reason for my referral, but my concerns were dismissed. When I asked questions, I was told, “We don’t need to talk about that,” because it was supposedly not my case. I found this response very unprofessional. I was referred to a specialist due to abnormalities, yet the moment I was told my results were now normal, my concerns and desire to understand how I ended up in this situation were disregarded. While I am grateful that my results are good and that I am in good health, I was taken aback that a doctor who charges $256 for less than 15 minutes could not take the time to explain how this change may have occurred or how to prevent issues in the fu

The doctor was pleasant, I appreciate him being up front that he doesn't treat my particular conditions, though I wish the staff would have let me know this before I wasted an afternoon (the condition was clearly stated on my referral). However, after he told me he couldn't treat me he scheduled testing anyway and no specialist referrals were even suggested, I was instead told to "Google a specialist". As far as the wait time, it wasn't awful. The staff definitely seemed unhappy and brought that negative energy into the rooms with them. I think they are a fine clinic for general cardiac needs but definitely not helpful in specialty cases or with conditions that don't fit squarely into a box.

I give it 3 stars because doctors’ offices aren’t generally pleasant places and I doubt there’s anything better. The people are ok. The wait is usually 30-1.5 hours. The technician room where the echo was done today had a dirty floor, cobwebs hanging above the table where they make you lay down, a broken stool ready to tip you off when you try to step onto the bed and something that looks like blood smeared on the wall next to your face. Luckily, the reception area appears much nicer.

De. Saadi was very pleasant. He took the time to review my medications and condition and answer any questions or concerns I had. I felt he was genuinely concerned about my health and wellbeing.

Dr. Saadi is a God Send for me and my husband. He saved his life in so many ways. He is a very caring, knowledgeable doctor, very thorough and very good at his job. He takes time with each of his patients and makes us feel heard. We are blessed to have been lucky enough to find him in the knick of time. Thank you Dr Saadi from the bottom of our hearts. Thank God for getting us to the right place!
