Very neat waiting room. Front desk was very friendly and knowledgeable. The assistant that checked me in was nice and thorough. The PA, loved her. Very friendly and explained xrays to me and answered all my questions. Dr. Helgemo is the best. They are no longer under our insurance but my husband and I feel so good about the treatment we get, we continue to use his practice. You cannot go wrong with this practice.

Exceptional hand surgeon. Entire office staff, nurses, scheduling, etc. are extremely friendly and efficient. I am a frequent flyer at this office and have had 5 different procedures over several years. I would never go anywhere else. Complete confidence in Dr. Helgemo.

The girl in the front desk, very pleasant helpful & always smiling.The nurse very nice and very polite. The practioner always explaining the procedure & very helpful too. The nurse asking for what day is good for me. Every person’s smiling and this is good feel liked home.

Can not type much because Dr. Helgemo, MD Immobilised my hand for which I am so thankful. Along with a shot I already feel better. Next time will say more Thanks to this excellent Dr. and all his associates

I had my carpal tunnel on my right hand done today, in the office. You walk in and you are greeted by two amazing receptionists. Then you’re called back by Jamey, and she gets you ready to see the doctor. The doctor came in and is one of the most professional doctors and has the best bedside manner of any doctor. I think I’ve ever been to. He explains everything he’s going to do step-by-step. He numbed my hand to where I thought he cut it off because I couldn’t feel it ha ha. Then Jamey came in and took me into what they called her surgical room which was so cool. The chair was like a dentist chair. There was a TV right in front of you and there was a machine on the left of you. She did the protocol of any kind of surgery was scrubbing your arm, etc. and then the doctor came in and we wer
