Wanted to share I had a great experience with Dr Francis and her staff here in Palm Coast. She’s a great ophthalmologist and was very thorough and professional. Wonderful to have a high level of ophthalmology care here in Palm Coast! Thanks Dr Francis!

All of the staff were very friendly. Dr Swendres gave me the most extensive exam I have ever had and he is very caring and kind. I felt very comfortable there.

I had a great experience. Hardly any wait time before being seen and all employees were so friendly and efficient. Even between different tests and moving to different exam rooms, not long waits in-between. I appreciate that in a medical office - it shows they respect me and my time. I highly recommend Dr Koike.

Friendly receptionist greeted me. She also helped me finish my questionnaire with patience. The eye technician was warm and efficient. I did wait a little long to be examined by the doctor, but she was lovely confident and helped me with my concerns about my eyes. I will gladly come back to this place.

From scheduling to front desk, techs, and Dr, everyone was friendly and thorough. I felt like I received excellent care and my questions were answered. I’m so glad I found this office in case I need future eye care.
