Doctor Letbetter MD was friendly and approachable. His exam was thorough. He didn't make me feel rushed. He answered my questions and was never condescending. I felt completely confident with his diagnosis. The office staff and the techs were also friendly and accommodating. My wait time to see the doc was short and while it was not a consideration for me, many of the folks working in the office spoke Spanish and that could be very helpful for some patients. I liked Dr. Letbetter and his staff very much, so this review is an easy Five-star rating.

Everone was very helpful and pleasant. They make you feel your special not just another customer So far I really like this office. It's a pleasure doing business with them.

I visited Florida Eye Clinic with my husband, and we both had appointments. From the moment we arrived, I felt very welcome. Everyone was kind, respectful, and attentive. The staff clearly knew their jobs, and everything was explained to us. Nothing was done without letting us know first. The clinic was very clean, and doctor Letbetter was extremely kind. I truly have nothing to complain about. If anything, I would recommend Florida Eye Clinic because of their excellent service, knowledge, and cleanliness.

Recently I went to Florida Eye Clinic of Orlando, Michigan location for a cataract evaluation for surgery, Everyone was extremely professional, from the time I checked in to the time I left. First I had the full eye exam, which the employee that completed the exam explained everything as she did it and answered all questions I had. Afterwards that exam, I spoke to Dr. Ledbetter, he was very nice made me feel very comfortable !! Answered all questions that I had after his exam and I didn't make me' feel rushed at all. He defiantly knows what he is doing, and made me feel very comfortable with my decision on surgery. My experience was definately worth 5 stars!!

Claudia and the rest of the team do a fantastic job managing the flow of patients, ensuring the appointments are handled in a timely and efficient manner. The staff is always very welcoming and friendly. As always, thank you for the service and experience.
