I just had an appointment there. It’s been Several months since I’ve had my last appointment with this place with my appointment today, I showed up and there’s a note on the door. It says we no longer accept cash only We’re only accepting cards for payment. So I go in there and I’ve talked to the woman as I’m in the process of signing in and I told her all I have is cash. I Actually have the money. I deposited a nice check yesterday so the bank has that on hold so the woman informed me that we can’t see you because we need The payment at time of service which they’ve text me several times about this appointment and never once did they ever inform me that they’re not accepting cash anymore so I wasted my time to show up for an appointment and didn’t get seen because they made a policy chang

After being treated so badly by Shands doctors, I was really afraid and hesitate about seeing another specialist. I’m happy and grateful that I made the decision to come here. The doctor, as well as the nurses, listened to me and took the time to run the tests to see what was really wrong with me. Something that Shands refused to do for years. I thank all the staff here for being amazing staff. I appreciate you all.

Had a terrible experience with Dr. T. they over flushed my IV and left me in pissed clothing waiting for my transportation to arrive for over an hour and they did the upper GI 3 times before sending me to a specialist. However I have now seen Dr. D and he is amazing and gets right to the matter of resolving the issue not just treating the symptoms.

Scheduling is terrible. A appt was changed twice the day of original appt. When at office at agreed time for third time still had three people in front of me to see doctor

I love this group! Everyone is so pleasant and there's very little wait time. Arielle is the best!! Takes as much time as you need and is very thorough and easy to talk to.The receptionists are very welcoming and pleasant and Dr Duterte is patient and very thorough. I love this group. 💓. 12/15/21.. When I arrived I was totally distraught.. But Arielle and the staff were so caring and comforting that I left with a sense of relief and hope. I love them so much! ❤
