If I could give negative stars, I would. I saw Janice with a specific problem on a tattoo. She was clearly unsure and guessing in the appointment (which, by the way, Janice, it is okay to ask for help or a second opinion), and sent me home with a guess treatment. On top of that, Janice's idea of an annual skin wellness exam consists of standing 10 feet away from the patient, doing a swift up and down glance of the front and back of their body, and saying good to go. That is not a skin check. I ended up in urgent care due to the treatment's adverse effects on the tattoo and lack of follow-up care from this office. Janice had me on speaker phone in the lobby while I was discussing health issues, violating HIPAA- I could hear her and patients' full conversations at the desk and saying goodbye

A few months ago I took my son in for warts covering his toes on his left foot and they were spreading to the right foot as well. He also had a few on other areas of his body as well. Danielle Rylott was amazing! She went thru our options and we tried a few things before we decided that trying to cut off a few was the best option. That was very hard for my little boy to go thru. But her team was so patient and understanding and gave him space to work thru it. He is now wart free and we are so grateful to Danielle and her team!

Janice was extremely knowledgeable and kind, with a wonderful demeanor that made me feel very comfortable. She was professional, addressed all of my concerns, and truly went above and beyond. I never felt rushed, and I left feeling confident in the care I received. Highly recommend!

The ONLY way to make an appointment is to pay over the phone BEFORE you even get an appointment. I really wanted to use this location instead of another place 1/2 mile down the road because they are cheaper and closer but because they demand payment up front BEFORE EVEN STEPPING foot in the office I will go pay an extra $100... it is a shame...
