I had an excellent experience with Dr. Sandeep Bajaj and his medical assistant, Juan Agusto. I had an unexpected heart scare. They handled everything with so much care and compassion. They were available anytime I had questions or concerns. My primary care doctor said they came to a diagnosis that many cardiologists might have missed. I am doing well now. Their expertise and genuine compassion made all the difference. I also appreciate their scheduling staff. Harleen provides excellent, efficient care to scheduling.

Only comment : Ignoring the wait time to be called in, after the consultation as you are sent back to reception waiting hall, the secretary(s) were not prompt to call you with next appointment setting & details for it and the patient preparation printed advisory pages. I felt bad after more than 40 - 45 mins wait. It could be they had a bad day too. Just needs attention to this. Besides they were polite and swift in taking action after I alerted. BUT WITH REGARD TO CONFIRMING my APPOINTMENT SET earlier, mr.Sahid of customer support did a wonderful job. He got the authorization confusion corrected on the day before over the phone and did the reassuring of the appointment date & time. He deserves my thanks. Shadma took my call and held my hand on a referral typo which would affect my mom’s appointment on Wednesday. Praise God I called for confirmation. Shadma had compassion , patience, and knowledge. She guided me step by step to fix the problem and called back. Thank you Shadma for your love in serving others. A Patient is not alone with your guidance. I Bless you ❤️🌹

I have been coming for some years now. It is close and large parking lot. Recently I had some scheduling problems, I would call and they said a person would call back. They called, but to offer another package? So today I called and got Agent George, he scheduled me and all is good!! Thanx George!!

So far only called to schedule, but that process itself was great. George grabbed all the needed info without difficulty and made it a pleasant first experience, no AI no robots no wait. Will update once I get through the appointment. Edit: Already through my appointment and an echo, my time and concerns were extremely well respected for both appointments. Seems I'll be waiting about a month for my next test and then follow up but that could be just an insurance pre auth delay.
