I can tell he showed professionalism in what he is doing, making absolutely sure I provided all necessary information on file, so that when I go to see the doctor, it will be an easy and smooth check in. I had to call this office today to make a change to an appointment and spoke to Shadma Sultan and he was extremely helpful because he had to contact the main office and track down the doctors assistant to get permission to reschedule a follow up appointment during the Christmas Holidays. He was very patient and caring an was able to assist me in securing another appointment that would work better for me. I'm very grateful for all his assistance and patients.
