Florida Arthritis Center, PL

I have been to the Florida arthritis center in Lake Mary Fl to see Dr. Drew Huffman this man is amazing. I have seen other arthritis doctors and none like him. This man found things wrong with me that Other doctors did not tell me about. I received a phone call this morning that they are closing down. I don’t know why the business is closing because this doctor is truly amazing. I hope and pray he goes somewhere I can follow. If you’re looking for a good doctor, Dr Drew Huffman Arthritus is amazing very caring and he listens

The staff in front (ALL Women) has been very rude to me, I don't know why. Today I got hung up on 4xs and then a few days ago another Hispanic lady was arguing with me about things they needed that was out of my control. Who needs that type of stress in their life.

The staff is always friendly and professional. Dr. Martinez is a gem! He takes his time and truly cares about the whole patient, not just the disease he's treating you for. I have never felt rushed or talked down to, he's patient and understanding. I'm so thankful to have found him!

I waited 2 1/2 months to get into see a doctor at this practice. They rescheduled my appointment because Dr. Martinez is no longer with the practice. I showed up for my scheduled appointment and they told me they can’t see me because I did not answer my phone to confirm the day before. I was working and did not get a message until after office hours. I managed a medical practice for 10 years and never canceled a patient’s appointment because they didn’t answer the phone to confirm. The receptionist was not polite or kind at all. She went to get the manager but the manager wouldn’t even come out to talk to me. She made her receptionist do her bidding. This is a very poorly managed practice. I’m sad because Dr. Martinez was supposedly the best.

I am writing to express my gratitude for the exceptional service provided by Dee at this practice. My partner, a long-time patient, needed their Enbrel medication, and Dee made all the difference. She went above and beyond to ensure our paperwork was submitted and approved by the Foundation. Dee's dedication and commitment to patient care have truly made our experience outstanding. We are incredibly thankful for her help.
