Flagler ER

The front desk clerk was quick and professional in getting us right in. Our nurse, Adrian, was exceptional. She constantly kept us updated throughout the process, and my spouse said she was gentle when it came to inserting the IV. The hospital and rooms were very clean. The only thing we all agreed on was that the doctor was rude and short with us. He was a bald, 5'10 mid-40s male doctor.

Possibly a dangerous place to be. I explained my concerns of what I had going on and the doctor felt challenged and had an attitude toward me after I was asking if antibiotics was the answer. He said he would be prescribing me them either way and treatment has to start somewhere. Tests had come back negative, I previously know that that can happen with rapid testing but if I explained my situation could have been from prolonged exposure and my concern was for further issues to come up, especially it concerning breathing. He blew that off with a retort rather than a proper conversation. I'm not there to tell him how to do his job yet I am my only advocate. My issue being with my throat, asthma, and breathing there wasn't an exam done. I was told to go somewhere else where they could do te

I’ve never had such a positive experience with any care team in my life. The medical staff were quick and efficient in diagnosing and caring for my son in such a compassionate way. The nurse even knew the names of dinosaurs our son was showing to her. Truly a spectacular team of healthcare providers. I don’t recall the Doctor’s name but he was amazing! We were only in the ER for at most 30 minutes. We were on vacation for the weekend and I wish we had such dedicated and efficient healthcare providers where we live in central Florida. The people of St. Augustine are in great hands and so lucky to have such great people caring for them!

Usually hospitals but everyone here was so nice and the doctor was very empathetic treated me right away! Never in my life have I had this type of service… They gave me the warmest blanket, as if taken out of the dryer.. and the doctor tried to save me money! God bless!

We were in the ER in need of stitches. The front desk gentleman and nurses were so nice. Sure, we had to wait, just like being in any ER. It was not longer than any other time we have had trips to the ER. The waiting room was clean and we were happy with the care that my son received.
