Fitzgibbon Hospital

I was in pain and needed relief before a very busy week. Dr. Ryan contacted Dr. Richard White and he worked me into his schedule immediately. He talked with me and made me feel comfortable and knowledgeable. His staff was equally kind and comforting. I highly recommend Dr. Richard White and his staff.

Sydney was amazing in my initial assessment for OT services. She was thorough and caring. I learned so much just at this initial visit. COTA Lacey is wonderful as well, and very skilled in my treatment. Front desk staff (you rock) are efficient and welcoming. We have to travel so far for so many medical services, I’m grateful to have close-to-home PT/OT services available at our rural hospital. They also came highly recommended by my out-of-town provider.

Today I was scheduled in Ambulatory Care for a monthly injection. I checked in at the front desk of the hospital and everything was so beautifully decorated and festive. Kimmi checked me in and was very friendly and helpful. I did not wait long when Shannon, the nurse, took me back and gave me my injection. She was very professional and gave me both shots and I did not even feel it! She really took great care of me! Had new patient appointment today. Check in was quick, friendly and professional. As soon as I sat down, I was called back by the nurse Brandi. Intake was quick, professional and pleasant. Dr. Hermann was so nice and thorough. Lab Intake also quick. At the first desk, as I was leaving, the gal wished me a great rest of my day. Made me smile.

I recently had a fall and broke my wrist. Fitzgibbon Hospital was the closest Emergency Room. I want to thank everyone, Dr Gray, Rori, X-ray technicians, and all the nurses for the excellent care. They all were very helpful ,empathetic, and caring with me. I didn’t know anyone there but they treated me with such kindness and respect. They were determined to make sure my wrist was reset before we traveled back home, 2 hrs away. At one point, at least 5 people were in the room making sure I was going to be okay. And, they sent all information along with a CD of my X-rays with me, which were helpful for my orthopedic surgeon. I’ve been in other ED’s , especially my local one, and they could learn a few things from the Fitzgibbon ED. Thank you, you all deserve a raise!
