Sangeeta is sincere and cares deeply about each client. I had extreme fatigue and breathing issues after COVID. Doctors gave me no hope at all. I thought I would have to go on disability. Sangeeta took the time to explain what was going on in my body and broke down the program into small chunks. My body could handle the exercise and improve versus crashing every day and staying in bed most of the time. I highly recommend her. I have my life back and am able to go back to work.
