Fit for Life Physical Therapy

I can't praise Char Frazier and all the staff at this Fit for Life location. I've had several PT prescriptions over the years and this was certainly the best experience. Most important was the confidence they inspired, both in my ability to recover after hip replacement surgery and their knowledge and skills to progress me through the program appropriately. I'm very grateful and highly recommend Char and her team notably PTA Israel!

This is an outstanding place! My knee replacement recovering hinged on the expertise of physical therapy. Angela, my physical therapist was exceptional. Because of her, I am walking & biking, back to playing pickle ball within 4 months of surgery! Very grateful and highly recommend this facility.

Rob and the team at Fit for Life helped me work through some lifestyle and sports-related chronic pain in multiple body parts. I really appreciated the amount of care and time they put in on my initial and follow-up evaluations. It was also great having the PT check in each session rather than just an assistant. That doesn't seem to be the case everywhere you go. They took an adaptive approach that continually challenged and engaged me. After their help, I can now independently manage and prevent posture-related pain from my desk work and even sports pain from my unique case of being a parkour athlete. I'm very grateful to the whole team for helping me get back to doing what I love!

Not a great experience. Felt rushed, crowded and the PT was too rough with me so I had pain. Found another PT where there is a gentler approach and a calmer atmosphere.
