Turned away because the receptionist had seen "Blue cross Blue shield" on the card and said "we don't take this" and gave it back. If the lady would have turned the card over, she would have seen there is dental info on the back for Delta Dental. Your location was on walmarts provided coverage for Delta Dental. When you tell a potential client "we dont take BCBS" after selecting your location from the approved list and waiting 2 months for their dental appointment, yes that client is going to be angry and even more so, when your receptionist said "you can leave if you want" after denying my insurance that is approved at your location. Your location needs to train their employees better and educate them on taking proper channels for our community so this won't happen again. Your ratings are

I was not going to write a review about this office. After reading several reviews where folks had the same experience I did, I decided others should know what to expect from here. I agree 100% that the receptionist is extremely rude. The receptionist with any business, is the face of that business. The first impression one gets from a business is the attitude of the front staff. My suggestion for her is to be cleaning the office at night so she doesn't deal with the public at all. I would not recommend Jason Fish at all. Some may feel he is the best dentist ever. I am not one. My first and only appointment with him, never having met him, he enters the exam room and starts speaking about how he was listening to my conversation with the tech (I literally had no clue who he was and I assume

Not once during my time going to this (DDS) did he ever do gum probing to check my gum health. I was used to getting this as part of my regular check ups with my prior dentist, as well as a thorough check of my teeth. Every visit with (Dr.) Fish, I felt like he barely even checked my teeth. (Assistant) barely did anything. And yes, that front desk person should not be working front desk. I cannot believe she is still there after all the reviews I just saw. I thought it must just be me she did not like. I'm sorry she does, but at least I'm not the only one she treats that way. After all the reviews I just saw, she must be a relative or why would any (professional) keep someone like that as the first person his patients see.

We LOVE Dr. Fish's office!!!! You will not find a better dentist anywhere. He has such a great staff as well! Especially his front desk staff, she has to put up with so much from those Comtrea patients who come in and are SO RUDE to her insisting they are supposed to be there for a dental appointment and they are in the wrong place. She has way more patience than I would. When I was sitting there waiting for my son, there was 3 that came in....ALL were rude to her and she is THE SWEETEST!!!!!

We just switched insurance companies, so I was attempting to find a new dentist for my kids and myself. I accidentally came into this office instead of the one directly next door, and I can tell you that even if Dr. Fish is the best dentist in the state of Missouri, nothing could convince me to step foot in that office again. The main receptionist was about one rude remark away from being Dr. Fish's next appointment and she was aware of that as I was escorting my kids to the correct office. Even after she realized that her attitude was uncalled for and that not only myself, but my kids were upset, she still continued her high and mighty BS. I feel bad for the dentist who is losing potential patients because most people don't like being treated like dirt when they walk in the door. Edited
