FirstHealth Convenient Care - Fayetteville

I was worried that it was going to be a bad experience but when I got in the back with Ashley Campbell ( I made sure I got her name just in case) it was smooth going. She was very professional but also friendly and by watching her I realized that she was not only kind but passionate about her job and her patiences. She has such a big heart and I will go back again just to have someone treat me kindly and not make me feel like I’m just a number. Thank you Ashley and First Health

I have been going here for a couple years for my urgent care needs. It's always quick and I have always been handled with care by all staff. The wait times are nothing compared to most doctors and especially the er. I recommend this place to anyone looking for an urgent care where you are more than just a number.

Terrible experience and will not be back. I had Dr. Mandelbaum and this had been the most dismissive doctor I've ever encountered. The first time I saw him he was TELLING me what I had and not understanding that I'm in the doctors because I in fact am having a new experience hence why I am in the hospital. He didn't listen to what I said and still managed to cut me off and give me meds for something I don't suffer from. Aside from that, I still came back to give him the benefit of the doubt. This time I came for documentation purposes but at the end of the session he did ask if I had any questions which at that time I did not, he left the room and I did have a question that came up. I asked "when do you think I can get off of meds and do you think that's a possibility" he responded with "I

For clarity, this review is just for Dr. Mark Mandlebaum (the neurologist). This is legitimately one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a doctor. He refused to listen and clearly doesn’t care. I tried to stay calm and explain to him how I was experiencing him and he just kept saying “I understand...” it’s really sad honestly. He gives a very “you’re guilty until proven, innocent…” vibe, except I’m not sure what I’m guilty of. He kept saying that he doesn’t treat back pain and I kept trying to tell him I wasn’t there because of back pain I was there because of what multiple doctors have told me are nervous issues that need to be figured out. I ended up having to just walk out. We filed a complaint with a patient advocate on the way out, and the entire staff team were not surprised

Was helped here more than my primary. Very pleased with doctor Matt and Jenny. I was in pain for 4 days, but walked out a new pain free lady. Definitely would recommend. Thanks so much for putting up with me and my sister lol
