FirstCare Walk-In Medical Center

I had to stop in today for an ear and allergy-related situation, and I was surprised by how great this practice was. This is likely due to a handful of not so amazing urgent care visits Ive had in NYC. The front desk staff made check-in a breeze. The facility is very nice. The nurse was incredibly friendly and upbeat, and the Doctor was kind, quick, and provided me with a solution right away. I hadn't known about it until I googled around this morning, and I'm so glad I found them! While I hope not to have to return, I would certainly go here again anytime needed and recommend it to anyone local.

I’m so grateful to Dr. Weinman, Noel and the team here at FirstCare. I’ve had to come in a number of times since living in the area, most recently for debilitating back pain. FirstCare is calm, clean, orderly and run by people who care, treat you with dignity and want to see you get better. They treated my acute pain and talked me through next steps. Also, I love when they have ocean life videos on while you wait- so calming. Thank you for taking such good care of me during a stressful time of year. I came in scared and in pain, and was reassured and treated. I’m doing much better, just in time to shovel more snow (just kidding!!!).

I did a physical at this urgent care and the entire staff was very courteous and friendly. They were very helpful in answering my questions and concerns. The nurse Mollie was phenomenal, polite and very professional. She explained whatever she was doing and even talk me through getting my flu shot.

What an outstanding facility: clean, organized, efficient, and delivering top-notch medical care. When my husband filleted two fingers on his right hand with a chef's knife, we knew we had to get urgent care. FirstCare took us immediately and Jillian sewed 11 stitches into one finger, 5 into the other. She cared so much about my husband's comfort while proceeding efficiently and with great proficiency. Barbara then came in to administer a tetanus shot. We were in and out in under an hour, armed with a goody bag and clear instructions for post-care. This could not have been a better experience. I also really appreciated that, even during Covid, they allowed me to be with my husband during his care. I would trust this team with my life. Great work!

Came in this morning since I dropped a loaded trailer on my hand and I have never been to a kinder and more efficient office. Noel and Jaime understood my needs and displayed so much care immediately. Would recommend this place to anyone
