Charged $3,200 to transport my daughter to the hospital two miles away when she passed out in class at the university. Insurance paid their normal rate and now the ambulance service wants $2,800 from me for the difference. Completely absurd.

I fell in Wells Fargo and fractured my neck. They transported me and very carefully saved me from paralysis, after a neck fusion. Thank-you.

I thought the crew who helped me were very helpful and professional. They had to enter my home and physically get me out of my chair and out of my house. They were very calm and calming. I have put them into my contacts incase i ever need them again. Thanks to all of them who helped me.

Company called us and claimed "insurance wouldn't pay because we're out of network, appeal it." No, insurance paid you what they pay network ambulances, you just didn't like that it wasn't all of what you asked for. Ridiculous.
