Amazing ! Took my two boys one for cleaning and one for a baby root canal . The person that did my sons cleaning was amazing , she explained everything through out the whole time and made sure he was comfortable. Nothing better than good service especially when it comes to my children !

Absolutely exceptional service. From the moment you walk into this practice you are always greeted with a smile. Our orthodontic treatment was carefully planned and the follow care is always a breeze. They go through great lengths to deliver excellent service and to make their patients as comfortable as possible during treatment. Thank you Dr. Cass, Dr. Matt and team for taking such great care of my daughters teeth.

Love this place! The staff is very friendly and competent, they try to work with you to accomodate your schedule when making appointments, and they explain everything that’s being done to your child. They have stuff to keep the kids motivated and they reward them with every visit. I’m very happy with the care my daughter is receiving!

My daughter loved going. She was nervous at first like any 7 year old would be after hearing she would get all this work done in her mouth. We went to the Fairfield location. The staff was perfect and amazing they made sure Celina left with a smile on her face after letting some tears out they made sure she was relaxed and happy again. I recommend this location and group to anyone. Lovely clean and friendly place.

Very unhappy with the treatment my son receives with this practice. It feels overwhelmingly big to give any kind of personalized attention. Have no idea when the last time my son had face time with a doctor. Last visit, we had to return to the office 3 times to have brackets fixed (they fell off; a wire was too long). My son says trainees are working on his mouth and the treatment is very rough. Thinking of switching to another practice altogether if possible. The support staff, notably the receptionists, are great and accommodating with appointments. Not enough to recommend the place. Stay away. PS: Two phone calls to discuss with this business went unreturned.
