My first appointment went really well. Everyone I interacted with was professional and welcoming. Dental assistant Lucy was very efficient and Dr. Wilder provided a thorough exam and took the time to go over things in a way that made sense. Danielle prepared a clear treatment plan and explained insurance coverage. Overall, a very good experience and I’d recommend them.

I have been a patient of Dr. Moody for many years, and for a long time my experience was very positive. However, over the past couple of years, I feel the quality of care has declined. There always seems to be staff training taking place, and unfortunately my mouth has felt like the training ground for the transient staff. I have had ongoing issues with a particular tooth for quite some time. With the holidays approaching and the problem still unresolved, I returned once again so it could be evaluated. Dr. Moody examined the situation and sent me on my way, yet again. I believe the treatment provided was inadequate, and I ultimately paid the price.
