The nurses are really bad at dealing with people that have anxiety. I fully understand that your job is difficult but you are working with people, that have emotions, that sometimes panic and stress. It doesn’t take much to be a little patient and understanding of those around you. You get “aggressive” we panic and get defensive. It was already hard enough for me to get myself to go to this appointment to then have to leave. I asked for an anxiety pill and was not properly explained or offered alternatives.
