First Coast Rehabilitation

Jamie at First Coast Rehabilitation is an exceptional physical therapist. I met with him about three weeks after my total knee replacement, and I was struggling to improve my range of motion and straighten my leg. He recommended a knee manipulation, which was excellent advice. My doctor was relieved when I suggested it and quickly set a date for the procedure. After the manipulation, Jamie utilized a combination of hands-on therapy, exercises, and dry needling, all which significantly accelerated my healing. He is a creative problem solver, addressing my concerns and finding the right exercises for my needs. Jamie is easy to talk to; he genuinely listens and provides thoughtful responses. The team at FCR is engaging, and there is a strong sense of camaraderie among the staff.

My wife and I have used First Coast Rehab numerous times over the years and always have received exceptional treatment and this time was no exception. Dr Olsen provided me the necessary program to prevent me from the results of a serious fall. The program was easy to practice and helped me with everyday stability! 5 Stars

Therapist was aways prompt and proficient. My treatment was successful and helped me return to activities of daily living along with my sports schedule, swimming and biking! Therapist, Nick G. was precise and patient. He explained the exercise recommendations, adjusting as needed. I appreciated The 1:1 treatment and follow up plan with the First Coast app to use after discharge. Stretching now before activities and I am back to the pool regularly for Masters swim practice!
