My husband and I both feel comfortable with Furst Coast Hearing. The office is cheerful and bright, and so are the highly competent staff. Dr Mitchell is personable and very professional. Recommend highly.

The staff members are all very nice and helpful, making sure all of your needs are addressed. The audiologists are wonderful. They know their stuff and make sure you’re completely satisfied before you leave. I highly recommend this practice.

I was referred to the First Coast Hearing Clinic by my primary physician for a hearing evaluation. I found the experience to be not only very professional but comprehensive and thorough. All tests and exams were explained in advance and once completed the results covered in detail. Time was taken to answer my questions until I was satisfied . I was given a copy of the results and one was forwarded to my primary physician. My daughter was visiting from Atlanta and had been after me for months to get my hearing tested. I had already researched possibilities and felt First Coast Hearing would be best for me. I was so right! The welcome my daughter and I received, the changes they made to fit me in so that my daughter could be with me, the intense and detailed testing, the entire experience was excellent. I could not be happier. I really did need the hearing aids. Cherokee in the office and Hannah, my audiologist, could not be more welcoming every time I visit them for my check-ups. They are wonderful!
