First Choice Pharmacy

There is one lady that has been rude on the phone countless times as well as in person. It makes my family uncomfortable and not want to use this pharmacy. Matt has always been very nice though. Last time I went here, I was ignored for almost five minutes while waiting. I understand when things get busy, though I wasn’t even addressed or told I’d be helped. I will be switching pharmacies since I’ve tried to give this place too many chances.

This pharmacy is fantastic, my insurance no longer offers Coborn’s in Belle Plaine so I recently switched. Both times I’ve used it they called Coborn’s to transfer the prescription and made it super easy. The staff is wonderful, efficient, calm cool and collected; clearly this place is managed very well. BRAVO 👏

I have been going to this pharmacy for a very long time started in belle Plaine then they moved it to Jordan and ever since moving it to Jordan just horrible all the way around and that’s sad I absolutely love Matt that pharmacist he is great the rest of the staff rude, has no clue what they are talking about and just horrible customer service! Went there to get my sons prescriptions and when I was given them I only had two so I asked where the 3rd one was they said they never got a 3rd prescription so I said hmm I am confused and left it at that. I called my doctor and they said it was sent over yesterday with the rest…called pharmacy and spoke to the manager and asked why I was told that there was no prescription when you clearly told me you guys ordered it yesterday came in and wasn’t c

Small town pharmacy with a variety of items you may need. Pharmacist and staff are always friendly and welcoming. Just wish they had access to perscriptions like the larger chains do. Would love to just support our local pharmacy then run to bigger chain pharmacy to have children's medications refilled.
