I reached out to this office for a new patient appointment. They called me back tell me they could not service me because I've had two no show appointments from 2019 from an office in Portsmouth. They told me the information in their system was the same (address and phone number)..... First problem, my current address, i didnt move there until 2020. and 2nd problem -I've only had my phone number 3 years... I had NEVER heard of this office before my friend referred me. I told them this and they said basically "it is what it is." Now I see why they have a 2.7 stars. It took me years to reach out to a doc tor's office because I hate going. This just pushed me back again.

My husband and I have been going to Dr Ramolia for years and he has taken excellent care of us. The nurses and staff have always treated us with respect and kindness..

I like this primary care. They move slow but your experience doctor wise could be good depending on who you see. I love my primary care doctor here and I did research to find her. This is how I discovered the practice. Though they close early on Fridays they really treat their patients well. Bernice Francis is the reason I go here. Thorough and efficient and truly cares about her people. I love it here. Been going here for about 5 years now I think.

The entire team at this office is great. My father was a patient before he passed in his late 80's and because he received such great care I brought my father in law who is in his 90's for the same kindness and care. I switched myself so we could attend together to make things easier. Bernice Francis goes well beyond to make sure you are heard and care is understood by all. She is a extreme professional and at the same time makes you feel at home. She never rushes you to finish with your concerns and is very detailed. When you need medical care that is what you need, someone who treats you like you are family with just as much concern. I of course wont go into my medical care but she took the time with a finding that may very well save my life. I have used many of the services offered from

I have been a patient of this practice for many years. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The Nurse Practitioner, Lisa, always has a listening ear in addition to her excellent bedside manner. You can tell she really cares about her patients and loves helping people. I always have a very personable experience with every visit, both in office and remote. This office is more than 45 minutes from my home and is more than worth the commute.
