Dr. Norioozi is wonderful very knowledgeable and explains with details what Will be done to your teeth. I was looking for a Dentist but I didn't, know who to go with. I choosed this Dentist that was on the list of my insurance coverage. I looked at reviews and at the Dental board.. I didn't really find anything that would be alarming at all. When I met Dr. Norioozi I knew I made a good choice. My experience has been so far 💯 percent great it's hard to come to a Dentist but Dr. Norioozi made me feel comfortable. she care for her patients. I recommend anyone to come and visit Dr. Norioozi.

For the past 20 years Firestone Dental has been our dentist of choice. They have provided excellent customer service, clean facilities and always go over any procedures in detail. Usually going to the dentist is nerve wrecking, but for my family, it is like a family outing. We are able to set 4 appointments next to each other. We all show up and are immediately greeted, asked to come in and start our routine exams. My boys are 8 and 4 and immediately go in to their “room” the kids room. They get to watch a movie, Netflix, meanwhile having their teeth checked and cleaned. My 4 year old has allowed them to clean his teeth from age 2. I never missed any appointments and the one time that I missed I was told I needed to pay $100 no show fee. I think one hundred dollars is way too much money and unfair considering this community is a low income community (south Gate,CA). Not even private hospitals charge this much. It's truly way too much money.

Oh where to start.... Dr. Noroozi’s staff promised to send out things to get approved by my insurance and never did. Never followed up with a treatment with me. It’s been OVER a month. They tell you one thing doesn’t need to be done and then turn around the next day and say you need it. And Dr. Noroozi never follows up with what’s needed. You assume one thing will be done and when you call to get a status because you haven’t heard from them in weeks, she changes her mind without consulting you or taking into consideration what you had said you did not want done. Take in mind these are things not actually needed. The staff here forces treatments without any justification other than “your insurance approved it so might as well do it” and refuses to send out for insurance approval what’s actu

Dr. Noorozi is very nice and welcoming. Dr. Noorozi is an excellent dentist and extremely professional. I have been a patient of this office for many years and Dr. Noorozi has always delivered exceptional service On one occasion I was out of the country and had a dental emergency, Dr. Noorozi coordinated with a local pharmacy to help take care of my issue until I could return and get proper care. Dr. Noorozi personally followed up with me despite the different time zones and she made sure that I was okay. Dr. Noorozi truly cares about her patients and I am happy that she is my dentist.
