Fireside Health Care Center

My brother and I were very scared to bring our mother to a facility like a SNF. It was our first time experiencing anything like this, and we had a lot of uncertainty. However, we are truly grateful to have such a great team that immediately took on the responsibility of caring for our mother. My brother and I had many questions, and the Marketing Director, Lilit, was able to answer all of them. We are very pleased to say that no matter the time, even if we were unable to get in touch with someone at the facility, she was always there to assist us. So far, the staff has been very kind and accommodating to our needs. We would just like to acknowledge and sincerely appreciate the effort everyone puts into caring for families like ours. My uncle is at Fireside Rehabilitation center. This facility is the best rehabilitation SNF in Los Angeles. The facility is immaculate. The nursing staff are excellent, professional, and kind. The CNA’s take excellent care of my uncle. PT and OT are amazing and have helped my uncle regain a lot of strength. Management is doing an excellent job with running the facility. Social services have been very helpful. There is not one bad comment my uncle and I could say about fireside rehabilitation center.

My uncle was brought to Fireside, and we were able to speak with Lilit, who provided such comfort and peace to him. She was truly wonderful she made sure we were all comfortable and took the time to explain the entire procedure to us. The staff were also amazing. We are so grateful for the care my uncle received, and I just want to say thank you to everyone here.

I had the opportunity to speak with Lilit about fireside as I was looking for a center for my father, and Lilit has been the most professional and understanding person I have ever encountered. Her care and compassion have been extremely helpful with me and our family. Thank you Lilit!

A friend of mines , who’s gone to surgery twice for bladder cancer , looked as if he was taking a down fall for the worst. But due to the nurses helping him out on several occasions, even though they work extremely hard with all types of patients, other than ,my friend. My only concerns are that I see no physical therapy, in regards of my friend , who’s definitely needing to get out the bed. At least once a day so that he can start the healing process to regain motor skills so that his body start to function. He needs work with the upper body that I’ve noticed has started leaning to one side . He sleeps in the same position. Other than that thank you all . And God Bless to ,everyone at the facilities.
