I had a great experience with the entire staff. Everyone was helpful in answering any questions i had. I loved that nurse Jackie set up all follow up visits before the procedure and returned all phone calls . And if there were any changes Jackie made sure she spoke with me or my son . She really does a great job in assisting Dr. Fine. They make a good team !

If it weren’t for Jackie it would be 0 stars Stephanie is rude and condescending! Office staff makes the office and her attitude can easily be matched!

I know a substantial amount of information about my digestive health and steps to adhere to for my digestive health going forward. Dr Fine is highly qualified, respected and experienced.Dr Fine dives deep and is very thorough and detailed in his reporting. Thank you Dr Fine!

Personnel were very nice and efficient. I contacted via Healow for instruction confirmation and they responded very quickly. I didn't give 5 stars because I wasn't able to alert my arrival via my app as it wouldn't open and there was no one at the front desk. I didn't have to wait too long until Dr. Fine himself acknowledged I was there and got the front desk associate to assist me. Over all the experience was good.

Dr. Fine did an excellent job on my Endoscopy and provided preliminary results immediately after. The only reason for a 1-Star reduction is that he arrived late, so the procedure didn't start until an hour after it was supposed to begin. He subsequently provided a very thorough explanation of the findings of my endoscopy. He is a very good doctor.
