Fillmore County Hospital

Wish I could give them 10 stars! Since moving to NE, they have helped my family so much! I had a huge kidney stone & they kept me comfortable, pain free and calm during my entire stay, even overnight! They scheduled everything for my surgery in Lincoln. They were so kind and helpful. My husband had gallstones and again we went here, he was treated with the best care imaginable! Again our son needed stitches after a baseball injury and they took the best care of him! I can not think them enough... the Dr's, the nurses, the techs, everyone! They are so sweet, and actually care!! I am so thankful we have such a wonderful place so close by!

FCH really cares about taking care of their patients. Staff are very nice.

AWFUL!!! They didnt do anything besides tell me I have “allergies” i have a horrible sore throat, ear pain in the left ear, swollen tonsils with white coating, cough, body aches and chills. And I get a quick check in the ear and throat and I’m told I have allergies? (This has been going on for a month) haven’t gotten any better. I asked them to do further tests as in testing my blood cultures. Denied. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I don't believe I'll ever use that hospital again!!! I'd heard rumors that if you wanted to die, go there ... hmmmmm, I thought, what's up with that?? Well, I've had my own experiences in that hospital. At the time, I didn't have a lot of faith in my PCP so I switched to a Dr at Fillmore County Hospital, explaining, or trying to explain, my health problems. After a few visits, being prescribed more pills, for sleeping blah blah, which did absolutely nothing for my problem. I soon tired of this cycle, counseling that focused on my anxiety, which did no good. I soon began to talk to others in the medical field, I personally knew. I soon found a new PCP. She simply listened to me and ordered some blood work. My blood work showed that my thyroid medication was to stron

Hospital has no ultrasound machine. they want to ct scan everything and overbill you.
