I just left from visiting a family member when I witnessed a man fall in the hallway about 30 feet from 4 employees. I was standing over him and checking on him as I yelled out to them. They just stood there and did nothing until I yelled for the 3rd time. They flipped their badges over and walked over slowly with a wheel chair. One woman just said to me.."we have it, have a nice day" she repeated it over and over trying to get rid of me. I waited till he was picked up and ok. As I started to leave she kept yelling "thank you" in a nasty tone. I made some calls to report the incident. I was shocked at how this was handled and the attitude of this employee. This woman has no business working in healthcare.
