FHCSD PACE – Oceanside

I honestly don't know how this place stays in business! Don't enroll with this location or the one in Lemon Grove. They sell you on all the services they "offer" then can't deliver on 95% of them. Classic bait and switch. Transportation is a joke and so is home care. My father really needs to be cared for since I live out of the area. I am looking for a reputable PACE program now for him. What a disappointment. They REALLY sold this program hard.

He scheduled an appointment and then on that appointment date they say they call you twice. However, they never call you and you try to call them back within that time frame and they never answer the phone leaving me to do a loop process. Then they finally pick up and say you missed your appointment. We need to reschedule, its simple they dont want to do their job and make your life a living hell even though its their job to make your life better. Contacting and filing a complaint with the Medical Board of California. Good luck

Just left my third PT visit at Oceanside; it was wonderful as were the previous two visits. The staff are always friendly, professional and courteous. My drivers to and from each visit are always on time.

I had a horrible experience my 2nd day there❗😠First I was picked up a whole hour ahead of my scheduled Appt. . So I sat waiting 2 b seen by the Primary Care Dr.. At 1:40 I got up 2 ask some one what was going on with my Appt.❓🤔 No one was at the receptionist desk. So I went n sat back down. I then decided I was going home 🏡❗😠 By now I was very upset❗😡So I go outside the transportation driver asked if I wanted 2 sit in the front 💺 seat. Yes, I said. Shortly after sitting there someone came out 2 talk 2 me 'bout what had happen. I told her exactly how I felt❗That they have a time 2 b at work n so they r. Well same 4 me. I have a time 2 b here 4 my Appt.. So I'm here on time. Not sitting n waiting 4 as long as I had 2 wait today❗❗Sept. 5th, 2023 They still tried 2 tell me I will b seen at 2:0

Great people. Helped me get a psychiatrist for mental health, and psychiatrist in San diego for medicine. The highest medical practice (at least for mental health) they have here is nurse practioner. But they can get you in the right direction.
