Fetter Health Care Network - Walterboro Health Center

Arrived for a scheduled appointment, and the office was closed! Traveled an hour out of my way for nothing. The call center reps that I encountered for conflict resolution were unhelpful, unapologetic, and utterly useless! Beware!!!!

Aretha Powers with FETTER HEALTH CARE NETWORK just got belligerent with my mother and husband at the Walterboro vaccine clinic. She refused to vaccinate them after they waited in line and said the forms they submitted were not substantial after accepting mine an hour earlier. She also put her hands in my husbands face and that is unacceptable. This past year for our family has been a nightmare we were at MUSC and CHOP for a solid month about two weeks ago because our daughter is medically fragile. I was told numerous times while I was up there that my paperwork was correct and had a pleasant experience (I am a patient at our clinic and know the girls up there) I did not see or interact with Aretha during my visit which is good because I probably would’ve been treated badly too!
